Becoming successful in that way makes the vast majority of people more predisposed to depression and anxiety, believe it or not. When you're striving, you have the hope that once you have those things, the vast majority of your problems will vanish. By and large, that doesn't happen. The striving period gives you a mission, a feeling of purpose. Once you are the greyhound that catches the rabbit on the track, you're kind of like, okay, well, now what do I do with myself? There are things that finances solve, money can solve money problems. But the expectation is there's going to be a lot more payoff and finality to the solving of problems, which is not the case.

My view is that the market's going to see two types of consolidation. There's going to be product consolidation and there'll be actual buys. And the Codium windsurf acquisition by OpenAI is the first step in that. But if I was a number one or number two in a market and I was a startup, I'd consider merging with the other party. If there were the two main startup players because the real threat will be fighting the incumbents. And so I would kind of get ahead of it and say, okay, let's stop the startup to startup war and let's just focus on winning against the three or four incumbents.

Excellence and empowerment and strength like that, that transcends class, race, gender. Like'it's just excellence. Right. And I feel like if you can start to think about those values, it'll start to inform how you present the product.
